Lean on Dee is a family owned and operated senior home care agency. The Founders are sisters who were influenced by the illnesses which led to the passing of their Mother and Grandmother. Their approach to senior home care is rooted in family, communication, and dedication to providing the best quality care.
Winsome is the co-founder of Lean on Dee. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, and Certified Dementia Live coach. She earned her degree in Public Accounting and worked in the financial sector for over 20 years before pursuing her true life’s calling for healthcare and senior advocacy.
Danielle (Dee) is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder for Lean on Dee. She has over 12 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on geriatric nursing covering multiple sectors ranging from Wellness, Case Management, and Hospice and Palliative care.
